The Cubana received the first IL-96-300 widebody in 2005 and significantly renewed it’s rather aged fleet by this. It continued operation of the Soviet-maid aircraft like Yak-42, An-24, IL-62 and etc. Later the new Tupolev Tu-204-100E were delivered and now new ATR-42/72 are coming. The FSIT provided the Cubana in the middle of 2000-s with a whole batch of instruments needed for the data readout, processing and analysis for all the huge variety of aircraft types in operation. The FSIT was providing Cubana with a constant support all these years. An extended update for newly-purchased ATRs is implemented this year.
